Job Title: Ukraine-Based Supervisor – Cleaning & Gardening Network

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join a RE/MAX sister company specializing in cleaning and gardening services. We are seeking a motivated Ukraine-based Supervisor who can manage and grow a network of handymen across the UK. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a reliable network of handymen in the UK.
• Supervise, assign, and coordinate jobs for the handyman team.
• Ensure timely and quality completion of assigned tasks.
• Report job progress and completion status to management.
• Take ownership and responsibility for task execution.
• Communicate effectively in English with the team and management.

Requirements:

• Based in Ukraine with the ability to coordinate remotely.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Understanding of English to communicate with team and management.
• Experience in supervising teams or field staff is a plus.
