LED Trucking Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Specialist to organize schedules, manage shipment delivery, support customers through communication, and report to the Logistics Manager. This work is done in compliance with the procedures defined by the client and in conformance with company procedures. Logistics duties involve daily communication and interaction with drivers and brokers. Logistics specialists find and resolve problems, and be highly attentive to detail. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Russian/Ukrainian. This is a fully remote position. Actively hiring multiple candidates. This position reports directly to the Head of Logistics. The salary for this position is dependent on experience. Pay structure involves monthly base payment plus a performance bonus tier. The average is between $700-$1,000 per month with room for growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Takes client calls and communicates issues with drivers and dispatchers as appropriate
Monitors all lines of communication and works with dispatch to provide driver and broker solutions
Updates all systems and spreadsheets with schedules, check-ins, validations, and problem/resolutions
Keeps notes and passes on shifts effectively to AfterHours departments and omni-channel groups
Responsible for influencing positive morale and quality customer service
May assign trips to drivers to assure adequate disbursement of trips between all assigned routes
Monitors daily system performance and close out loads in a timely manner
Participates in analysis and review of operating performance to determine best practices
All other duties, as assigned
Talent Requirements:
Two (2) years previous Logistics or Tracking experience required
Two (2) years Transportation Industry experience required
One (1) year of Customer Service experience is preferred
High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast paced environment
Demonstrate a high customer service commitment
Able to demonstrate professional phone etiquette
Demonstrate excellent time-management skills, analytical skills, and technical expertise.
Must be bilingual in English and Russian/Ukrainian
