Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of practical experience in marketing management for foreign markets;

  • Experience in managing marketing team and its growth;

  • Experience working with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools;

  • Good understanding of digital marketing practices and metrics, specially SEO, PPC and e-mail marketing;

  • Excellent analytical skills to forecast and identify marketing trends and challenges;

  • Strong analytical abilities;

  • Strong communication skills;

  • Good understanding of web analytics tools;

  • Self-motivated and proactive, Sales driven and result oriented person;

  • Advanced level of writing and speaking English.

 

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in e-commerce;

  • Interest in coordinating and working with our designers to create promotional assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing short and long-term market forecasts, developing and implementing marketing strategies;

  • Analysis and maintenance of traffic flow from current marketing channels as well as search for new ones;

  • Drive and execute on the opportunities identified to support strategic SEO and digital marketing wide growth objectives;

  • Organise collecting of KPIs and analyze the performance of the different marketing initiatives;

  • Understand the competitive landscape and general trends;

  • Management and distribution of marketing budget across multiple channels;

  • Develop, maintain and improve affiliate program;

  • Maintaining marketing staff by recruiting, training, counseling, and disciplining employees;

  • Evaluate all marketing campaigns and provide regular reporting.

  • Create corporate presentations, portfolios and all required marketing materials; 

  • Support company’s presence on industry events, manage the calendar of speaking opportunities in alignment with the company’s general content strategy; 

  • Initiate and manage partnership opportunities;

  • Help execute web, email, and social media campaigns.
