Main responsibilities:


  • Managing the team of Administrative specialists, Office technicians, Receptionists, Cleaners, Drivers
  • Controlling of the centralized office administration budget, provides cost-effective solutions to budget expenditures
  • Managing the daily routines in Office administration department: business trips support, office cleaning and equipment maintenance, office services support (subscription, reception, home delivery, canteen etc.)
  • Developing and implementing office services procedures
  • Leading the office services projects (Office and Canteen renovation)
  • Organization of corporate events (corporate parties, conferences etc.)
  • Initiate and control the office services tender process


Qualification requirements:


  • Bachelor/ University degree (Economics, Administrative management desirable)
  • English level - Upper-Intermediate
  • Successful experience of leading projects and teams
  • Ability to quick solving problems in delivery of effective solutions
  • High communication and leading skills, results orientation
  • Fast learning ability
  • Confident user of MS Office
