Customer Support Representative
Young ambitious company is looking for professional to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. Our candidate is passionate with customer relationships management, communications and ready to do the best in order to provide the smoothest experience for customers.
We will provide a special training program and you will be able to:
-Handle incoming correspondence from clients via email, chat;
-Provide a full, timely and professional response on all inquiries;
-Provide assistance in the preparation - filling of the knowledge base: writing help articles for users guide and agents guide as well;
-Collect the feedbacks, report the malfunctions and troubleshoot;
-Make follow-ups with premium account holders.
-Upper-Intermediate (or higher) level of both English and Russian
-Experience in handling the requests via chat, ticketing system;
Personal skills: fast-learning ability, patience, attentiveness to details, stress resistance.
Would be an advantage:
-Experience in any casino product, gambling services, fintech.
