Job Title: Freelance Translator (English to Ukrainian)
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced freelance translator who specializes in translating content from English to Ukrainian. As a freelance translator, you will be responsible for translating written materials accurately and efficiently, such as documents, articles, websites, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Translate written content from English to Ukrainian while maintaining the original meaning, tone, and style.
- Conduct comprehensive research to ensure accurate translation of technical terms, expressions, and cultural references.
- Proofread and edit translated content for grammatical, spelling, punctuation and formatting errors.
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve language proficiency and stay up to date with industry trends and linguistic advancements.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in English and Ukrainian Languages.
- Proven experience as a freelance translator or in a similar role, specializing in English to Ukrainian translation. - Mastery of grammar, vocabulary and idiomatic expressions in both languages. - Proficiency in using translation tools and software. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy throughout the translation process.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
